Bruce Lusher

Bruce brings over 15 years of knowledge and diverse industry experience to Worth & Company. He joined the Information Technology team in 2014 as Senior Network Administrator and was later named Senior Infrastructure Engineer in 2018. His technical competence and strong leadership attributes have enabled Bruce to grow professionally and step into his current position as Director of Information Technology.

As Director of Information Technology, Bruce provides strategic planning and execution of Worth & Company’s IT environment and operations. He is responsible for the management of high-level IT related projects including network, security, and infrastructure.  A strategic thinker and service-minded collaborator, Bruce continues to identify key areas of growth and opportunities to drive innovation.

Bruce attended Temple University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science & Technology.
