Capabilities
Capabilities, Equipment & Certifications
Our philosophy is to manufacture and fabricate as much as possible to promote safety, reduce on-site labor and improve the overall quality of work. Within our 75,000 square foot facility, we build and assemble mechanical systems, components, and materials for timely delivery to customers and project sites. Our in-house capabilities allow us to design and create custom, modular HVAC and plumbing units. These include pipe and duct distribution systems, multi-trade modular assemblies, equipment packages, pre-assembled bathroom groups, equipment/coil connections, and more.
Our prefabrication process integrates a clear construction plan that outlines the project’s requirements and creates a streamlined process utilizing BIM. We also implement Quality Assurance procedures specific to project specifications, along with custom machinery and equipment to reduce material waste. We work efficiently in a paperless work environment, from BIM-to-floor. We also utilize 5S and Six Sigma principals, along with an emphasis on one-touch material handling and “just in time” delivery methods.
