Upper Montgomery Joint Authority WWTP
The Upper Montgomery Wastewater Treatment Plant project was an expansion of the existing facility to improve nutrient removal.
The Upper Montgomery Joint Authority WWTP Upgrade Project located in Pennsburg, PA was a rare opportunity to truly collaborate with the Owner and Engineer to improve the functionality of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, which in turn improved the effluent water entering the Green Lane Reservoir. By working together, Worth & Company and the Authority were able to meet the initial intent of the project design and further improve the effluent water for the Green Lane Reservoir, while also adding value in unforeseen areas of the project.
The project for UMJA was bid in 2017, with Worth & Company as the successful bidder.
