Zac Bonomo
Zac Bonomo is the Director of Safety at Worth & Company and brings over 8 years of industry experience to the team. As Safety Director, Zac works to innovate and develop new safety strategies to bring a zero-injury mindset to the company. He oversees all aspects of health and safety including planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of company safety policies and works strategically to ensure the company remains aligned with national safety requirements and standards. Zac is a current member and co-chairman of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Safety Committee and Mid-Atlantic Safety Council. Worth & Company is a current member of the STEP partnership with OSHA, which has resulted in lower numbers to the company EMR, TRIR and Dart.
