Sean Underwood
Sean Underwood began his career with Worth & Company in 2004 as a Sheet Metal apprentice, directly from Pennsylvania College of Technology. As a result of his dedication and diligent work ethic, Sean has had the opportunity to grow professionally at Worth.
After just one year, he was promoted to a Junior CAD Detailer, quickly moving into Senior status. After five years, Sean was promoted again in 2011 to CAD Manager where he carried the responsibility of successfully managing the staff and maintaining his knowledge of the most technologically advanced software within the industry. He then moved onto the role of Director of Construction Services which led to his current position of Vice President of Construction Services where he provides direction and management for the manufacturing facility including, Prefabrication, Sheet Metal, and Logistics.
Sean has a natural ability to take ownership of every project from conception to installation and plays a key role in supporting and communicating the company’s vision and core values. He is well versed and trained in several courses including the Rapport Leadership Breakthrough series.
